Hey, babes, so welcome or welcome back to my channel.
It's your girl, Shailen, and in today's video,
I am bringing you babes a Skims bra review.
So I'm gonna be talking to you guys
about the new innovative bras from Skims.
Now, girl, I'm gonna tell you this straight up.
I was 100% intrigued because your girl hates bras.
I'm gonna just put it out there.
I hate bras.
I am going to wear nipple covers and pasties,
any and everywhere, okay?
Your girl hates wearing bras.
I just find bras to be super uncomfortable
and constricting, okay?
And I just refuse to wear them.
So when I saw Skims was dropping a new innovative bra line,
I had to check it out, girl,
because one of the main marketings of this bra
is that it is not constrictive and not uncomfortable.
And girl, I have to get into the tea with y'all.
Y'all know how I am.
I need to get into it, give y'all the real tea.
But before we go ahead and jump into this video,
I wanted to give a special thank you to Skims

Let's go ahead and get straight into the review
because baby, I need to know what the bras are giving, okay?
Are these bras gonna make me love bras
or am I still gonna hate them?
Let's go ahead and jump into the video and find out.
Okay, babe, so before we go ahead and jump into the video,
I did wanna just give you guys my typical bra size.
I am a 34B, so if you are a 34B like me, girl,
you'll find this video extremely helpful.
If you're not a 34B, 100% recommend still sticking around.
That way you can kinda get a feel,
an idea of what the bras are like.
And that way you can figure out
which bra is maybe better suited for you.
So I wanna go ahead and jump into the bras.
So let's go ahead and jump into the first one.
So the first bra that we're gonna get into
is this weightless demi-bra.
And this is in the color clay.
And it is actually in a size 32C.
Now, these bras do come in specialized sizing.
So that is why I received a 32C instead of a 34B.
And I find these to be very comparable.
It fits me perfectly.
It fits me super comfortably.
And this bra is literally exactly how it is described.
It is weightless.
It is literally the lightest bra
I've ever held in my hand.
And the thing that I love about this bra
is it has this 3D foam technology in it,
which gives you the look of a padded bra
and like the support and the lift.
However, it doesn't have padding.
I'm someone who hates padded bras
because I just feel like padded bras are so uncomfortable.
You have so much unnecessary padding
and it just looks crazy to me.
Like me personally, I can always tell
when someone has on a padded bra
because they are just so obvious.
Like the padding is overdone.
And not to mention, they're super uncomfortable.
But this bra, just looking at it,
you would feel like it's just your typical t-shirt bra.
However, when you put it on, baby,
the girls sit up so nicely.
It's so flattering.
And most importantly, y'all, it is comfortable.
This bra is so freaking comfortable.
And when you look at the bra,
it looks like it would be slightly see-through.
But something about this technology
makes it not to see-through.
And literally, the foam that is used is so comfortable.
Like I don't know how to describe it.
It's not like anything I've ever felt.
And trust me, you guys, I've tried tons of bras
because like I said, I hate them.
And people will constantly try to convince me,
oh, try this brand, try this brand.
And I'm like, I still hate them.
So I absolutely love this.
I have not experienced a bra like this.
It is super soft and buttery.
It sits beautifully on the skin.
And one thing I love about this bra, it is undetectable.
So I love having bras that I can wear under clothing.
And I don't have to worry about you
seeing like the outline of my bra or anything like that.
This is definitely a bra that I would more so reach
for like going out, kind of like on an everyday basis
for this bra, just because it is that good.
A bra that typically looks like this,
I typically would not reach for
unless I had somewhere important to go,
like work or a funeral or church.
Girl, those are the only times
that I typically want to put on a bra.
But this is definitely that bra
that you can reach for every day
with like comfortable t-shirts, with tank tops.
It is just like super versatile bra.
And I absolutely love the way it makes my girls
sit up and look.
It gives them a more rounded, lifted look,
which I don't get when I'm wearing pasty.
This just has the girls looking good.
It's giving boob job, okay?
And I am obsessed with this bra.
This bra is mighty, okay?
It looks like your typical bra,
but it is far from that.
This innovative technology baby,
I don't know what she is, but I need her.
Okay, I'm definitely gonna go back
and pick this bra up in black.
This bra is literally going to replace all of those bras
that I have to wear for certain occasions
and had to typically be uncomfortable in.
And now I have this baby right here,
which is gonna keep your girl comfortable
and have the girls looking amazing.
Okay, period skins.
Y'all did that.
I'm so impressed with this bra
because I knew out of these bras
that this one was going to be my least favorite.
When I pulled it out of the pack,
I'm like, oh my God, this is just your typical bra.
And it is anything but that.
This bra is mighty.
This bra is innovative.
And the nice thing about these bras
is they do also have the panties to match.
So y'all know my favorite underwear
are the Fits Everybody underwear.
So they did send me over a pair of the boy shorts
in the color clay as well.
And I'm typically a size medium.
So yeah, I love these underwear.
They're super comfortable.
They feel like nothing.
And one thing I love about skins,
they keep their undergarments colors consistent.
So if you already have underwear in a certain color,
you can pick up a bra to match.
So I absolutely love that as well.
I don't know if y'all are ready for this next bra
because baby, she is sexy.
Okay, I'm super excited to get into this bra with you guys
because to me, this bra doubles as lingerie,
maybe in a typical everyday bra,
which is like the perfect recipe,
especially if you're going on a date
or maybe you have plans with your man.
So let's go ahead and get into the next bra.
So this next bra is the No-Show Balconet bra.
And I picked this up in a 34B.
And this is in the color Onyx.
As you guys can see, this bra is so sexy.
It is mesh and it is so gorgeous.
Now this mesh is like no other mesh
I've experienced before you guys.
This mesh is like stretchy.
I don't know how it is the way it is, okay.
Skins does a lot of things that I don't understand,
but it works beautifully.
Like honestly, you guys,
these bras are very well thought out.
I just love this type of bra.
One, because it is sexy
and still gives my boobs a nice lifted look,
but I'm able to maintain my natural boob shape
with this bra.
So this definitely gives you a more natural looking bust.
So if you don't like that super rounded look,
this is the perfect bra for you.
I love this bra because it is super weightless.
And I just think the mesh detailing makes it super sexy.
Now, one thing I love about this bra,
it does not dig into me.
I find that with a lot of other bras,
like they dig into the back of me.
They're so uncomfortable, girl.
It'd be itching under the strap and I hate that.
But this bra, I do not have that issue whatsoever.
It just sits so beautifully on the body.
I feel so sexy in this bra.
Just wearing this under something, girl.
I can even be wearing this under a t-shirt
and I just feel sexy because girl,
I know it's underneath my t-shirt.
You know what I'm saying?
So I absolutely adore this bra.
Another thing I love about this bra is the straps.
These straps, they are a nice wide band.
So if you do have a heavier bust,
you're gonna get that support from the strap
and the straps are adjustable, which is nice.
This bra and the previous bra are both adjustable.
That way you can kind of tailor the bra
to be your perfect fit.
Now, one thing I love about these straps
is they are seamless.
When you wear this bra underneath a top,
you cannot detect it because of these straps.
These straps are amazing.
I don't know how they thought of these straps,
but they are perfect because they don't dig into your skin.
They're not uncomfortable.
They're super soft and seamless, like I said.
So if you are wearing a top similar to the top
that I'm wearing, which is the Skim Soft Smoothing Tee,
you cannot detect this bra under this top
and you guys will see in the try on clips,
I am trying it on with the Skim Soft Smoothing Tee.
This bra is next level.
I absolutely love this bra because it's super comfortable,
super breathable.
I feel like this is the perfect mix
between the way a bralette lays on your body,
but still providing you the support of your everyday bra.
So I absolutely love that.
I love how breathable it is.
Again, baby, this is sexy.
This is literally your typical bra and lingerie in one
and I am living for it.
Again, this is perfect for the woman
that wants to give a more natural bust look,
as opposed to a rounded bust look,
which you're gonna get from the first bra.
But you guys, this bra, amazing.
Definitely going to wear this bra a ton.
Even on a casual day, like she's giving sexy,
but I'm just gonna be giving sexy under my loungewear.
Now I don't have to only wear pasties.
Your girl can actually wear real bras
and feel like a woman, okay?
And I can also feel comfortable.
I don't have to compromise support and liftedness
for comfortability, which is super important to me.
And I feel like women in general,
we're in our bras for hours on hours a day.
But also it's super important
that the bra fits you comfortably.
And this is even a bra that you can wear
with a more lower cut top
because of where the mesh stops, which I absolutely love.
Love how this looks under all of my tops, body suits,
because it is super seamless.
This is definitely a bra that can be worn every day
or even on those special occasion days, girl,
when you're trying to get cute and sexy for your man.
There's nothing better than a bra
that also doubles as a sexy lingerie.
Okay, I'm here for it, skins.
I love the innovativeness, okay, baby?
Because it is one thing Shailen loves,
it's a two for one special.
And this is a two for one special.
The next bra that I wanna share with you babes
is just as soon as I opened the package,
I knew this bra was going to be my favorite
because it is right up my typical alley.
This is typically the type of bra that I would go for
because these are typically the only bras
that I find to be comfortable.
But clearly, skins has proven your girl wrong, baby.
That don't happen often, but it's happening today, okay?
So this is the Naked Scoop bra,
and this is in the shade Onyx.
And y'all, this is a bralette dream.
If you are a bralette girl
and you wanna take your bralettes to the next level,
definitely give this bralette a try.
For one, it gives way more support
than your typical bralette.
One thing I love about bralettes,
they are super comfortable,
but one thing I don't like about them is you lose support.
You lose lifting of any sort and kind,
which is the downside, right?
I find often as women, we have to choose, like,
do we want to be comfortable
or do we want the girls to look good?
I feel like this bra solves both and all of those issues
because, girl, this bra gives you the comfortability
of a bralette, but the support and lift of a bra.
One thing I love about this bra, it does have padding.
So it has pads in it that you can take out or put in.
So if I have a day that I'm like,
okay, I wanna wear a bralette,
I wanna be super comfortable,
but I'm going in the office and I don't wanna be nipping,
I can leave the padding in it.
If I am just lounging around the house in this bra,
I can take the padding out.
I love the versatility of this bra.
Again, it has adjustable straps.
And again, it has those straps that are very seamless
and undetectable.
I love that this bra does not dig into you.
And unlike your typical bralette,
it does have a adjustable snap closure in the back,
which I love.
And also with this bra,
because you have a bit more coverage,
I do feel as though this helps to smooth out any bra
or back fat, but I absolutely love this bra, you guys.
It is so comfortable.
This is one of those bras, girl,
where I can literally just lounge around the house
in this bra and some sweatpants and be chilling, okay?
It is so comfortable.
It is literally the most elevated bralettes
that I've ever tried
and literally makes bralettes so much better.
This bra literally includes everything
that I wish a typical bralette would provide.
You get the lifting, you get the padding,
you get the coverage, but you're still comfortable,
which is the most important thing to your girl.
So I absolutely love this bra.
This is great for my girls
that love a bit more full coverage.
I think this is perfect for wearing under T-shirts,
tank tops, pretty much your everyday casual wear.
All of these bras, honestly,
you can wear them pretty much under any and everything
because I feel like they can work.
Obviously, depending on what type of straps you have,
that might vary which bra you can wear,
but all of the bras are super comfortable,
but this is definitely one that I would reach more so for
on a chill, lounge, comfortable day,
which is pretty much every day for your girl,
if I'm being honest.
So this is definitely an everyday bra for me.
Definitely, definitely a bra
that I'm gonna have to double back on,
pick up in more colors because girl,
y'all know I'm a bralette queen, okay?
And I am just so impressed
with the fact that they put padding in a bralette.
Like it literally just blows my mind
because I'm like, girl, that's all I needed.
But Skims looks out, Skims knows what the girls need,
which I absolutely love.
This bra is super comfortable.
Again, seamless, undetectable,
which is super important to me.
If it's one thing I can't stand,
it's wearing a bodysuit or wearing a fitted top
and being able to see my bra lining underneath,
I just think that's not classy, girl, that's not cute.
It just looks like you're wearing the wrong undergarments.
So I absolutely love that with this bra,
you don't have to worry about it.
It's super comfortable.
This is definitely for my girls
that are comfort over everything, okay?
If you are that girl that wants the most comfortable bra ever
and doesn't have to worry about her nips showing,
doesn't have to worry about support,
doesn't have to worry about liftedness,
this is the bra for you.
Okay, baby, absolutely love this bra.
It is so gorgeous and so amazing.
I am someone who likes to do pros and cons.
Honestly, I have no cons and that's just me keeping it real.
Y'all, I analyzed these bras, looked at these bras,
tried on these bras with multiple items
and girl, I cannot find a con.
I think the only con is that I need more colors.
The con is that I wish Skims sent me more colors.
Literally, that is the only con.
And then I'm waiting to see if they come out
with a strapless bra.
That is what I'm excited about, okay, Skims?
We need us a good strapless bra, okay, baby?
That is what we need next, okay?
