Today we are doing a Zara Haul, but we're going to get into it.

Your girl has been on a little hiatus, but this is not the video to discuss that.
But I have missed you guys.
And it's been literally like over a month since I've sat down to do a video.

Of course, we've got a few pieces to get into.
As you may know, Zara is currently doing their cell and they still have some really, really good bits.
So by the time this video comes out, you should still be able to grab some bits.
If you're looking for basics or just like key staples that maybe you weren't even aware they had.
But say all of that to say, let's get into it.

You have to forgive me because what happened was, as I mentioned, I wasn't trying to do like crazy horse with Zara,
but it just so happened that a lot of the pieces I actually kept are black.
And I know we are in the summer season, like, trust me, your girl knows.
But they were just some really gorgeous pieces that I wanted to keep from my wardrobe.
I thought would be really, really nice basics.
So what I'll do is I'll start with the one item that is not black and it is this skirt here.
Super cute.
What I'll do is because a lot of these are sell prices.
I will tell you the original price and all the details like sell prices and stuff will be in the description box below.
The skirt I picked up in a medium.
It's 22.99 and it's this really cute sort of like slate gray ruffle skirt.
I've really been enjoying skirts recently.
I always used to say I'm not really a skirt girl, but honestly, I think I just didn't find the right silhouette for me.
I'm really loving maxi skirts.
I think they work really well for me, my aesthetic and my wardrobe.
And this isn't too far off.
It's more of a Medaxi length, but I just really like the added detail of the ruffles.
Obviously makes it a bit more like dressier, a bit more date night airs, like brunch sort of vibe.
It does have the lining on the inside and I really love this like tool layer that you have on top.
Very summer.
It's definitely giving.
I love that it's not actually even though it's neutral gray.
I just feel like it's not a color that people gravitate towards a lot in the warmer months, but I really like it.
And I think it slides into my wardrobe very, very nicely.
The cut and the stitching across the skirt is very cute and very flattering.
And I think it's one of those things where just platform sandals, white t-shirt, crop top, like just keep that outfit really simple.
And it's a whole vibe.
No zips or anything like that, but it does have a nice elasticated waist.
If I didn't mention already, I picked this up in a medium and it fits fabulously.
The next item I picked up was this black top.
And yeah, I think subsequently the next items I'm showing you are all black.
So forgive me, but the cuts of these pieces are just 10 out of 10.
And some of them are just like really cool basics.
This I have taken a tag off, which is a darn shame, but it is an aside medium.
And it's this really cute high neck sort of ruched asymmetric situation going on.
It looks so, so nice.
You guys already know I always show you the picture on the model and then on me as well.
If I haven't said already, this will be a try on haul.
But yes, so it has a zip to help you get in and out of the piece just on the neck there,
which is nice because again, the neck hole is a little bit small,
but it has the next zip or the zip around the neck there.
It's sleeveless.
It has this gorgeous ruching down this side, which you can adjust.
And it also has the ruching along sort of like on the shoulder area again, which you can adjust.
I just love the way this fits.
It kind of like clings in the right places, but like falls over the right places as well.
So it's like really comfortable around the bust area, kind of hides like your stomach area a little bit,
but then comes in nicely on the waist.
Gorgeous piece, definitely one you can dress up or dress down.
I think this with a skirt or anything really is just a basic simple top,
but a nice elevated basic because of the added details.
So yeah, I really like this one.
I picked up in a medium and I think the original price was around the 20 something mark,
so it would have dropped down a lot more than that, of course.
Next item to show you guys is again black and it is this body suit,
which was originally 17.99 and I picked it up in a size medium.
And it's this really cute off shoulder sort of like I was going to say boat neck,
but it's definitely off shoulder sheer top.
This top guys is such a vibe, like it is very sheer.
So you will have to obviously wear a cami or something underneath if you don't want to show your bra.
If you want to wear your bra and you don't mind showing that you can do that.
And of course, if you just want to free the nips then do that too.
But it is really lovely.
The only thing that I think will put people off is it doesn't have any poppers or anything like any fastenings at the bottom.
It kind of has like a high bikini sort of cut,
not yet a thong, but it's quite like a high leg sort of bikini style on the bottom.
But I just think this is such a vibe.
I love anything that allows me to show off like my shoulders and sort of like my collarbone and stuff like that,
especially in the warmer months where you can just really like glisten it up and like oil it up and just look 10 out of 10.
So yeah, I picked this up because I thought it would be a gorgeous piece to dress up and dress down.
Equally, I wanted to wear this with like a corset.
So I think it would be really nice because you can kind of get like it off the shoulder.
You've got the sleeves and then you wear like the corset to add detail to like your midriff area.
I'm sure you guys get the vision.
Next is a piece that I honestly did not think I would love as much as I ended up loving.
32.99 in a size medium, which was kind of surprising that it fit in a medium, but it fit really, really good.
And it is this sort of cargo-esque style squat situation.
But I was watching Alia's face one time and she said something and I was like, yes, you get it.
It's really, it low key irks me when squats are shorts at the back, but a skirt at the front, right?
It's like, OK, we get it. We know it's shorts.
We know it's not a full skirt, but not everyone needs to know that.
And this is the perfect example of that.
So it has the lining on the inside, just there.
So you've got like the shorts, but at the back, it just looks like a skirt.
And then at the front, it kind of looks like this wrap situation.
Guys, it is so cute. It's in like a thicker sort of almost like suit style material.
And you do have the zip on the side.
So, of course, you can get in and out like that.
And fit wise, as I said, usually bottoms, I would go for like 42, I think.
But I'm surprised, like I didn't need a large in this.
But if it's really, really comfortably, it's not too tight on my bum or my hips or anything like that.
And I just think it's such a vibe.
Again, keep it really simple on top with like something fitted.
Or you can like do it a bit more oversized, you know, balance out if you want to.
But bodysuit, vest top, crop top, whatever you want to do on top will just like really compliment the skirt really nicely.
Or the squat, should I say.
Look at me admiring it. I was just so surprised.
And it's super, super cute. So, yeah, that was the next piece.
Moving swiftly on then, another basic that I was just like, how do I not have something like this already?
This is a bodysuit, 22.99 originally, in a size medium.
I usually pick up my bodysuits in a large. I've said it before.
But if you're new here, I usually pick up in a large.
But this one works really well.
And it's this popper style bodysuit.
It's really cute. The poppers are functional.
Long sleeve, kind of like in this rib material, as you can see there.
Nice long sleeves. This one does have the popper, so it is functional in that sense.
And it's just a good basic.
In the summertime, I think this would be really cute with some denim shorts.
Do the poppers all the way down. You know, you've got a little bit of skin out, a little bit of cleavage, a little bit sexy, a little bit, you know.
Just elevating the outfit a little bit more.
But equally, you could wear it closed up.
Obviously, you have the versatility of being able to wear this in the cooler months as well.
So it's always nice to know you can wear things almost like all year round.
But yeah, this does come in different colors as well.
And the price has dropped again.
So I'm low key like, do I want one of the other colors?
But I'm not sure.
Hey guys, totally forgot to actually show you the jeans that I'm wearing in the try on portion of this video.

But my bad, I forgot all the details.
They're in my usual size, size 12.
So I think that's a euro 40 in Zara.
And they are really, really nice.
Down from like £55.

The black I will definitely get a lot of wear out of.
And I know it seems so basic, but it's just one of those things where it's like,
it's a nice top to have when you do want something relatively casual,
but just a bit more effort is added to it.
So yeah, this is really nice.

Oh my gosh, you know when something like goes into your throat and it's just like lodged there.
Like a piece of lint or something.
Oh, the sun is setting.
That's so pretty.

Overall, just a really, really cute piece.
So that was the next one.

This piece is so random.
But oh my gosh, it might be one of the best things I've bought from Zara.
Originally £22.99.
I picked this up in a medium.
And it's not going to look like anything like this, honestly.
I mean, the model might try, you know, but the outfit they put on the website
actually is quite like blacked out.
So it's kind of hard to see what this looks like by itself.
But it's basically this extreme cropped super long bell sleeved top.
I do not know how to explain it, but you will see on the try on guys.
It's one of those items that elevates whatever you're wearing.
You know, like I love to accessorize.
You guys know how I feel about my jewelry and all of that good stuff,
as I've mentioned already.
But it's one of those items that if you just put it onto a dress
or like a top in jeans or a top in shorts, whatever it is,
it's just going to look like, oh, okay sis.
Okay, girly.
I'll see what you did there.
It's so cute.
So simple.
There's not a lot to say because it is a really random piece,
but I just think it's a really, really nice item to have,
to sort of like build up an outfit.
It definitely adds like a little bit of, you know,
razzle dazzle, a bit of sprinkle to the outfit.
And yeah, it was so random.
I saw it.
My sister was like, yeah, she had her eye on it as well.
It's just super, super cute.
Great material, super stretchy, as you can see.
So you can definitely size down.
Like it won't be, it won't be an issue at all
because the sleeves are super wide as well.
But yeah, altogether I just, I really adore this piece
and I'm so excited to style it up
because it's like summertime as well.
It's like nice that it's not a full top,
but you still get that like extra-ness of the sleeves.
I'm here for it.

Taking a break from all the black
and also taking a break from Zara super quickly.
I wanted to show you guys this bag.

And honestly, this bag is, this bag is gorgeous.

It would be a nice time to have something that's a bit brighter
for my more neutral, like white cream outfits.
So I picked up this babe.
It's in the same size as the other one I have as well, the 11-inch.

I love Teddy Blake's bags.
I remember being so grateful when they reached out to me the first time
because as soon as I got the bag, I was like,
the quality is 10 out of 10.
And no one would ever lie, guys.
Every single time I take that bag out, someone compliments me.

or a complete stranger, like, I always get a compliment.
So yeah, like I said, I'm honestly not obliged to show you guys this,
but I really didn't want to show it to you

Okay, last bits from Zara.
And technically I said no more black,
but this is out to wear.
So it was an accident, I promise.
But I really wanted like denim jackets
or something that's not leather or too heavy
that not necessarily to wear in summer
because when it's hot, it's hot,
but something that's just a bit lighter.
I say lighter because this denim jacket has some weight to it.
It is originally 59.99.
I picked mine up in a medium and it looks like this.
Again, because it's black,
I feel like the camera doesn't always do it justice.
Like black and white on the camera is a bit hard.
I really like this though,
because of like the sleeves are kind of like wide,
love the silver hardware.
You guys know I'm a silver girly.
I'm going to mention some of the new pieces
I've got as well actually in a second.
But yeah, really, really love the hardware.
I love like all the details and everything on it.
The only thing is I'm kind of like,
will I get wear out of it?
It's way too hot to be wearing it for the most part now.
And it's sort of like autumn maybe, I don't know.
But I think it's really, really nice.
I love the shape and silhouette,
how kind of like boxy it is.
It's kind of given like oversized biker feel, but not.
So yeah, I picked this up.
I think it's actually dropped in price again.

I usually get my coats in large,
but I think this runs big.
So yeah, that was the next piece.
This next item,
you're probably thinking Rachel outerwear,
but the girlies know.
Now's the time to buy outerwear while it's cheaper, right?
This was originally 89.99.
And I picked up in a size medium
and it is this bomber jacket here.
Now this is a linen and cotton mix.
So I think that's why the price is a little bit higher.
It's got like the rib neckline.
You've got the rib on the sleeve as well as the bottom here.
I love the fact that the buttons are actually like flush
and like the same color as the rest of the coat.
You do have some pockets here,
but the pockets on the jacket are not functional,
which is neither here nor there,
because it's like not crop style,
but because of how it sits,
my hands are not going in there anyway.
But yeah, this was steep originally
and I think it went down to 50,
potentially 40 now.
So I can't lie guys,
that extra 10 pounds will make a whole load of a difference.
And if I can secure it for cheaper, I will.
But I think this is a really nice coat.
I love the tone of it.
It's not too warm of a khaki.
Like I've realized with like khaki green,
sometimes the color just seems a bit artificial.
If that's the right word to use.
So I really like the look of this one.
Again, it's a bit thicker than I intended to,
that I intended for like the summertime period,
but definitely going into like autumn, winter,
it will be 10 out of 10.
So that is the next piece.
And then last but not least,
I really had a vision with this
and it failed so miserably.
It is this linen coat,
which looks like a whole load of nothing on camera.
I'm just looking in a viewfinder.
So we'll see the model and we'll see it on as well.
This I just thought would be really nice.
Again, something relatively lightweight
for like the summer period,
maybe like those cooler nights or the cooler days.
It just wasn't giving.
I don't know what was off about it,
but it was just...
Now, to be fair,
I didn't style it up when I tried it on,
but at the same time,
I don't want to have to style something up
for it to work necessarily.
Do you know what I mean?
It's one thing for me to want to make it a bit more extra
and a bit more like ooh,
but just by itself on a normal day,
it should work and it didn't.
It feels really good.
It's nice and lightweight.
Definitely the sort of weight
and material I was looking for,
but the cut just,
it wasn't giving.
So that was a bust.

A little short and sweet,
but as I said,
I didn't want to go super crazy as are like,
I'm so over the whole like buying loads,
returning loads.
It is hard when it comes to the sell season
because things do sell out.
So I end up doing multiple orders
and all of that good stuff.
But yeah,
it's just,
I just wanted to keep it a bit more restricted
and restrained this time around.
