Hi guys! What's up? Welcome back to my YouTube channel. Today I have a Nordstrom swimwear
try-on. I have about 13 or 14 swimsuits that I have to try on with you guys today. I'm going to
try to make it super quick. We're not going to spend a lot of time in each suit. I'm going to
tell you my favorite parts about them and then we're going to move on to the next one. But first,
before we get started with anything, I have a quick unboxing to do from WinBags. They are one of my
favorite luxury dupe online websites. So first up is this piece of jewelry from Cartier. I'm really
excited that they sent this my way. This is the Cartier bracelet. This is a luxury dupe item,
so it is not the real thing. It is very lightweight and I'm going to just go ahead and slip it on.
I've never tried on a real Cartier bracelet, so I can't compare the quality. But if we're talking
about, does it look like the same thing? It absolutely does. It's very lightweight. It's
really, really, really easy to get on and off. I love gold, so this is a perfect bracelet to add
to my collection. I can wear it every day. It is really, really, really cute. Next up, we have a
Louis Vuitton bag, something that I've also wanted for a really long time. WinBags is a really high
quality luxury dupe company. They've got lots of different options on their website. I will leave
all of their information in the description box below. But this one, gosh, I'm so excited about
this bag. I've been dying to wear it. Lots and lots and lots of room in this bag. Two compartments
here and here. It's got gold hardware. It's got the long strap that you probably could also take
off. And then you could also just carry this in your hand like a little satchel. But my envision
is to wear this as a crossbody bag. Actually, I think it needs to be tightened up a little bit.
It's a little bit long on me, and that's great because you can adjust it to whatever length
that you want. Oh yeah, that hits me right up my hip and it is absolutely stunningly gorgeous.

my channel. Hi, I'm Meredith. If you are new here, welcome, welcome, welcome. I am a midsize and
curvy content creator. I'm a size 8 or 10, and I create content for midsize women who neither
fall into the plus size category or into the straight size category. I have never felt like
I've belonged in either category because I don't feel like I'm big enough to be in the plus size
category, but I also don't feel like I'm small enough to be in the straight size category.
So we all just want to feel like we belong somewhere. So I decided to create a community
for those of us who are sizes 8, 10, and 12, who are severely underrepresented. I don't see myself
and my body represented anywhere. So I decided to create content for women who are shaped in size
like me, because I know there are tons and tons, thousands, if not millions of women out there who
have the same body shape as me, who are the same size as me, who desperately want to feel seen and
represented and who want to see what clothing looks like on somebody's body that looks like theirs.
So I am here to do just that. I hope that my content ignites some inspiration. I hope that
my content builds some self-love, and hopefully after seeing me feel so confident and look so
joyously in this curvy body of mine that you can also do that as well. For reference, I am 5'7".
I have a 36 inch bust. I wear a 34 D cup bra, got a 29 inch waist. I've got a 44 inch hip. I wear a
medium on the top and a medium on the bottom. My pant size is an 8 and sometimes also a 10. Okay,
we've got a lot to cover today. Let's hop right into it. I'm actually working with Nordstrom on
TikTok and on Instagram. So this is not a paid sponsored post at all. Nobody asked me to share
my swim from Nordstrom with my YouTube channel. This is me completely wanting to just show you
guys what I found from the store at all different price points with all different types of brands,
high end brands and some lower end brands. And there is something for everybody at every price
point. And that is exactly why I wanted to do today's swim try on. We've got some cover-ups,
we've got some one pieces and we of course have some bikinis. So without further ado,
let's hop right into it. Okay, so first we're starting off with a bathing suit and cover-up
from Becca. This is a more affordable brand than some of the others that I'm going to show you guys.
I love this cover-up. I love the print. I love the pattern. I love the colors. I don't necessarily
love the bikini. I love a good triangle top. It fits me perfectly at the top, but this bathing suit
bottom is just a little too small for my liking. You guys know that I love high-waisted stuff.
I think that it's just too low in the back here. I just think that a different cut bottom is going
to work better for me. Okay, I am obsessed with this one piece for so many reasons. So first off,
it's the color. I remember having a bathing suit or a bikini back in the day. I must've been like,
I don't know, 12. I had a pair of blue Limzera shorts on. I'm going to see if I can find that
photo and throw it up right here if I can, but I just remember how tan I looked and how youthful
I looked. This color just reminds me of that of summertime of happiness. I'm obsessed. I also
really love this white plastic detail right here at the bust. This also did come in a bikini. Same
color, same detail right here. I also love the back. This little tie right here, it fits me around
the booty. It comes up high enough around the hips. Somebody please tell me that I am not alone in
this. Sometimes I have bathing suits that roll, right? But this bathing suit has a white liner,
so it looks like it's white piping throughout, even though it might just be rolling a tiny bit.
It's a brilliant design detail. Let's move on to the next one. Next up is a swimsuit from Zimmerman,
and I love the colors. I love the color combination. They're a little bit unexpected,
but that's exactly why I like it. This bandeau top is a little bit funky on me. I don't totally
love it because there's no liner, there's no cups. It does, however, come with straps that you can
put over to give you a little bit more lift. I would probably wear it that way. I love the
bikini bottom. I love the color blocking. I love the colors. I love the style of it. I love how
high waisted it is, and it is wedgie-proof for sure. Love the cut on me. Again, I would probably
wear the straps with the bandeau top, and yeah, let's move on to the next. Next up is this one
piece from Colleen Estrada. This one piece makes me so happy. Can you guys just take a guess as
to what the first thing that I love is? How high the sides come. This is the exact cut that I
absolutely love on my body. Second of all, the details. This has a little bit of gems across
the bust here, which I really love, and the selling point for this bathing suit was definitely
this detail right above the bum on the small of my back, this little butterfly. It is so, so cute.
I don't know if I should keep or return this one. Let me know what you guys think in the
comment section below. I will say there's not a ton of support in the bust, but looking at myself
in the mirror, I feel like it still looks good. The straps are adjustable, and actually you can
crisscross them as well because they do come out of the back here. Just love this one. Love this one.
Next up is probably one of my most favorite bikinis from today's haul. It's by Kulani Kiness,
and she is a thong bikini. She's a thong, and I have always watched women of all different shapes
and sizes at beaches, at pools, no matter where I went, in thong bikinis. I used to always tell
myself that I could never wear a thong bikini. I had a really hard time not accepting my body,
but I have always felt like my body was inappropriate and that it would always be sexualized.
For instance, if I was going to church, I would try to wear something loose to make sure that
my curves weren't showing because I felt that my body was just sexual no matter what because of
the shape it is, and so I always felt like wearing a thong bathing suit would just be like in your
face sexy, and I'm here to say I've grown. I've grown beyond that. I've grown past that. This is
the first thong bikini that I will probably actually wear in public. I'm going to Miami in
August with some girlfriends of mine, and this bathing suit is going to be out in full force
because I'm just done with hiding my body from the world. My body is a body just like everybody
else has a body, and I'm going to just live freely in it, and that's it. I'm obsessed with
this pattern. The fit of the top is so comfortable. It is so stretchy. I love the cut of it. I love
the style of it. I love the back of it. Now, this sarong is sold separately, but it does match as
a monochromatic moment. I also really love the bottom. I love the way that it fits. I love that
the sides are super stretchy, and it has some ruching along the strapping here, and I love that
I can bring it up as high as I want to my comfort place, and that's it. I love this. The world is
going to see all of me, and y'all are just going to have to deal with it. Next up is this really
amazing sort of like periwinkle blue bikini from Zimmerman, and I love the way that the top fits
me. It also comes with straps, so you could definitely add the straps to give you a little
bit more lift and a little bit more compression. Now, the bottoms, I don't love on me. Unfortunately,
I love the belt detail, but I just don't love the cut on my curvy body because I would want to wear
it like this, and that's just not possible, unfortunately, with this bikini. It is witchy
proof. It's full coverage. It's high-waisted. I love this, just not for me. Next up is this amazing
blue one piece from Kulani Kines. I love the color. I love the cut of it. I love the compression and
the lift that it gives me. However, around the shoulders, because of the fabric, it just keeps
rolling, and as much as I try to get it to stay, it just keeps rolling up here. I don't know what
it is. It must be the fabric. I love the cut of it around the booty. It is a little bit more cheeky
than the others, and I wasn't sure that I was going to like this one piece on me because, again,
there's no built-in bra. There's no padding here, but it looks really good on me. I just don't love
the strapping up here. This next bikini is by Isabelle Marant, and when you think Isabelle
Marant, you think designer, you think high-end, you think expensive. This suit is actually really
affordable. I think I bought it on sale. I think the top was $51, and the bottom was something
very similar. One thing that I wanted to call out with this suit is that the fabric is really
thin. There's no liner on top. There's no liner on the bottom. Not that it bothers me at all,
but I just think that it's an important note to call out. The bottom is a regular string bikini.
It does give me full coverage. I am in a size 10. I'm really happy with the way that this fits.
I am obsessed with this triangle top. This triangle top is not a regular triangle top.
It does not adjust around the bottom tie here. It just stays in place, which I really, really,
really like. I put it around my body twice, and then I just tied it in the front. You could
probably also tie it in the back. I love the color. I love the price. Let's move on to the next one.
This also does come in a silver sort of iridescent color, and I also found an Isabelle Marant dupe
at Target. I will be sure to throw this link below as well. This next bikini is by Zimmerman,
and I really, really, really love this one for a lot of reasons, but there's one thing that I
wanted to call out that I don't really love. This bathing suit is really glittery. The fabric is
glittery, and that means that the fabric is itchy. It's just not a comfortable fabric,
which is really disappointing because the swimsuit is so cute. I love this little bow detail. I love
the ties on either side. I love the coverage on the booty. I love that you can adjust the sides
and have it hit wherever you want. It does come with straps for the top as well. I am feeling
like I need maybe one size down or the straps to hold this up a little bit. So overall, love the
color, love the fact that it's glittery, love the cut. I just don't love the way that the fabric
feels on my body. All right, last one piece of today's try on with Nordstrom, and I will say
that this is probably one of my most favorite colors currently. I love green. I have green bags.
I've got green clothing. Now I've got a green swimsuit. I love it so much. However, I don't
think it fits me really well. I have an average-sized torso, so the way that you can measure your torso
is one hand underneath your bust and the other hand right underneath. Now, if your belly button
falls right at the line where it does on me, you have an average-sized torso. Now,
if you have one hand and one hand here and then your belly button is down here, you have a longer
torso. If you have one hand here and one hand here and the belly button is underneath the second hand,
you have a short torso. I think this swimsuit is made for somebody with a long torso. There's just
too much fabric. Do you see what's happening here? I mean, I guess I could pull it down.
I just, no, I just, this is just too much fabric for me. I don't like it. But the one thing that
I do love is the fact that my bust fits into the bust cups. Hallelujah. That like never happens.
I'm so excited about that. It is full coverage. It does have adjustable straps in the back.
Love the color. Just don't love the fact that there's so much fabric. So if you have a long
torso, this might be the suit for you. The color of my dreams. This bikini is by Becca
and I just love, love, love this color. It is a neon bikini and I love the way that it fits.
I love how high waisted the bottoms are on the side. It is full coverage and it does seem to be
wedgie proof at the moment. The top has like a little bit of a twist tie here and it does tie
in the back. I love this color so much. And also I found a dress by Becca as well. And I would use
this as a cover up over the top for a monochromatic moment or I could just wear this dress
casually with something on underneath it or you know, a casual dinner out. You can leave it open.
You can button it up. There is a tie at the waist as well. I love this color. I love monochromatic
moments and I think that this dress is absolutely perfect. This bikini bottom might be the best
fitting bikini bottom from all of today's haul. It is high waisted enough. It is high cut. It just
fits my body shape so perfectly. I would not want it to be any different. It is a little bit cheeky.
It does seem to be wedgie proof. I am obsessed with this color. This color makes me so happy.
However, because this is one of my favorites, I still love it and I would still keep it and
I would still wear it. But I think that the compression of the cups is like, it sort of made
my chest disappear. Do you know what I'm talking about? I know some of you guys know exactly what
I'm talking about. There are just some tops and some bras and some swimwear that just
make it all go away. I don't know how or why that's happening. But again, I love the way
that it looks on me. I love the fit, the color, everything about it. But that would be the one
thing that I would say about this top. So I guess I'm on the fence. Do you guys think that I should
keep or return it? I think what sold me on this bikini is the bottoms because they look so good
and because of the color. And so I'm just wondering if the top looks just as good.
I don't know. Maybe I'm tripping. Maybe it's perfect. I'm not really sure. I love it.
We have officially made it to the last bikini of today's try on haul with Nordstrom swimsuits.
And of course, in Meredith fashion, I saved my favorite one for last. And I should preface
this by saying my favorite bikini top of the try on haul because I don't really love the bottoms.
This bikini is from Zimmerman, and that means she's going to be a little bit expensive.
This suit, I think, was $275 and unfortunately for me, they came as a set. You can't purchase
the top and the bottom separately. So I had every intention of keeping this top and finding a navy
blue bottom that fit me a little bit better than a string bikini. But you can't, you can't return
one. You have to return both or keep both. And the bottoms just don't work for me. The top, of course,
is my most favorite thing of all time. This crochet little cutesy top is so, so, so, so cute.
I mean, can we please talk about the shoulder details? This is what makes this bathing suit
the bathing suit. Like, when have you ever seen somebody wear a bathing suit like this?
Never. It is so unique. It is so special. It does tie in the back and the bottoms just are too...
I just want them to be up here. Do you know what I mean? Like I need...
See? They just... Yeah, nope. I'm not a fan of string bikinis. String bikini bottoms, I should say.
I just need more fabric. I need more fabric or I need it to be cut where like I can just keep it
up here the entire time. Because this would be cute, right? But unfortunately, that's not the
reality. I don't know what I'm going to do about this one. Do I keep this swimsuit and find a navy
blue bottom that works better for my body? Or do I just return it and say so long to the cutest
bikini top I've ever seen and tried on in my entire life? Let me know what you guys think.
Okay, you guys, so that wraps up today's try on haul with Nordstrom swimsuits. I hope that you
found some things that you absolutely loved. Maybe I've inspired you to try some things that
you normally wouldn't have tried. But since you saw them on my body, you thought maybe you could
pull them off as well because you can. One of the reasons why I love Nordstrom so much is that they
have price points for everybody. And on top of it, I need to confirm this, okay? I'm gonna write
confirmed once I've done this research. But I'm pretty sure that they take your returns forever.
Yes, I said that correctly. I think that they have a return policy that just never runs out. So if
you buy something one year and the next year you're like, I feel like returning this. I'm pretty sure
you can. So that in itself is going to make me shop at Nordstrom so much more because the return
policy is you can forever return things. Nordstrom is amazing just for that reason and that reason
