Try on haul video transcript:

Hello gorgeous, I would like to start today's video with a little confession.
I spent most of my days in leggings and sweatshirts and I'm not even embarrassed to admit that.
I mean, we modern women are always on the run, work, household, going to the gym, doing
groceries, grabbing a quick coffee with a friend, picking kids from school.
I simply don't have time to change during the day and to be honest, I don't want to
because I feel so comfortable in my athleisure outfits.
I simply learned how to dress them up a little bit to make them city appropriate, using very
easy styling hacks and basically working out six outfit formulas I wear on repeat every
day and I'm going to share them with you today, so bear with me.
And before we start, I'm thrilled to let you know that this video is sponsored by one
of the biggest athleisure brands called Halara.
You may have heard of it already, so all the styles I'm going to show and wear today are
from this brand and I must say that I really enjoyed wearing and styling them for this
video because Halara is this unique combination of high quality fabric, which is the key when
it comes to athleisure and loungewear, really good proper fit, which is again so important
and they also offer a big selection for plus size at Curvia Women and also very rich and
elegant color palette, which is so diverse and versatile that you can easily integrate
sportswear into your daily outfits.
As usual, I'm leaving all the information about the styles I'm wearing and the sizing
in the info box below and I'm also glad to offer you a personal promo code, which you
can also find in the info box and use it to purchase any of the styles at the best price.
The easiest and the most straightforward way to elevate your workout outfit is simply
by adding extra longer layer to it.
It elongates the silhouette, adds structure to it, camouflages the exposure created by
tight fit and makes your outfit more elegant and city appropriate.
And I know that it's not that obvious to layer your outfits when it's really hot outside,
so I decided to start this video exactly with this formula.
And here is my casual yoga look.
I'm wearing leggings on top, both from Halara.
I prefer more muted calm colors for my yoga and Pilates workout.
The padded top is not only very comfortable, but also provides enough support for my c-cup
so I don't need to wear a bra underneath.
And I also go for high waist models when it comes to leggings because they support the
and don't show my belly button.
So this crossover high waistband model is just perfect for me.
And after I'm done, I normally pass by the supermarket to do my groceries.
So I just throw an oversized shirt and put my slides on, take my big tote and sunglasses
and I am ready.
Light cotton shirt helps you to add a layer, but still keeping it chill for hot weather
where slides instead of trainers are not only better option for hot weather, but also they
add to this sort of relaxed summer vibe and adapt the look for street style.
I'd like to remind you that I have actually created a special style portfolio for different
body shapes and heights that you can get absolutely for free by going to the link under this video,
answering two simple questions about your figure and your height and get it directly
to your mailbox.
You will find detailed recommendations for different fits, key winning silhouettes for
your figure, for category tops, bottoms, outwear, and also suggested outfit formulas for different
occasions.
It's really a very handy tool to go shopping or to declutter your existing wardrobe in
order to know what suits you best and how to build really good foundation of your basic
wardrobe.
Don't forget to go to the link, answer two simple questions and get your personalized
style portfolio and start using it in order to create your own packable style.
Another easy way to dress up your gym look and make it more city appropriate is by pairing
it with a denim jacket or denim shirt.
Denim has this magic of adding structure to your silhouette and creating this really fresh,
modern, smart look without overdressing it too much.
Here's another workout outfit.
I normally wear to go jogging outside or on a treadmill when the weather is not that
nice.
So I'm wearing white ripped jogging and ripped cropped top, both from Helara.
The fabric is super breathable and soft, but at the same time not transparent, which is
a great benefit.
And again, the padded top is just such a great option for me because to be honest, I really
hate wearing a bra, especially during my workouts.
Things have adjustable waistband with a cord so you can wear them slightly lower on the
hips or high waisted the way I do.
And to make this outfit more city appropriate, I just added a denim jacket, a baseball cap,
padded cross shoulder bag and navy sunglasses to support the navy jacket.
I really love this look because it is so comfortable and fresh at the same time.
And I think I can easily go for a lunch or to the cinema with my kids and feel totally
appropriate in it and at the same time, super comfortable.
OK, you've probably seen it so many times how trendsetters and I would even say pioneers
of a leisure style, such as Hailey Bieber, Ky Gerber, Bella Hadid just rock this formula,
pairing leggings with an oversized blazer.
And indeed, what can be effortless yet chic, cool, modern, fresh, than mixing sportswear
with officewear.
And here's my total black outfit for power training.
Again, I'm wearing Halera high waist leggings in super smooth and sleek Cloudful 3.0 fabric.
What's great about these leggings is that due to breathable, quick dry, full waist stretch
They can be worn both for high intensity workouts as well as on the street or just at home.
And talking about street style, to transform my workout outfit into casual smart, I paired
it with a longer tailored blazer, chunky loafers, my new half moon bag.
And to finish up the look, I went for some chunky jewelry and black D-Frame sunglasses.
If you follow my channel for quite some time, you probably noticed my love for structure.
And indeed, adding structure to the outfit not only allows you to create this beautiful,
defined, put together silhouette, but also to elevate even the most relaxed and casual
fits.
Again, it's less obvious for a hot climate.
So here's another hack.
And here's my Pilates outfit.
I must say that I combine different kinds of training during the week.
I do jogging a couple times a week, power training, yoga, Pilates.
So for me, to have this diverse, versatile collection of workout gear is really crucial.
Again, both top and leggings are from Halera.
And what I also like about their collection is their attention to the details, such as
this cute cutout on the chest, the side pockets on the leggings, which really flatter your
bump a lot.
I mean, these details already elevate your sporty outfit.
And to upgrade it, I went for a sleeveless long vest in white denim, Samba trainers.
And to make it a little bit more chic, I accessorized it with a small half moon bag, some jewelry
and sleek black sunglasses.
Again, I can easily wear this outfit to the city.
It's super comfortable, yet city appropriate.
So it actually saves me a lot of time after my workout, if I need to go somewhere.
As we're heading towards transitional season, unfortunately going from summer to fall, I'd
like to share one of my favorite outfit formulas for this time of the year, which is pairing
leggings with a trench coat.
For this formula, I use the same Pilates outfit and paired it with a trench coat, Samba trainers
And to add a bit of summer holiday vibe, I went for a raffia basket.
I really love to mix items from different styles, so this combination in particular
looks a little bit uncoordinated.
You've got workout clothes, your smart trench coat, a raffia basket bag.
But I really like when the look is a bit unexpected and even wrong.
As an option, I can swap the basket for a half moon bag and wear a small career silky
scarf for transitional season heading towards fall.
So which option do you actually prefer?
Let me know in the comments.
And as another option, I paired my total black outfit with khaki trench coat.
Again, some Samba trainers, baseball cap and a light Halara hoodie worn around the shoulders.
It's casual, yet smart and it feels 100% me.
This is me at least 5 days per week.
Talking about layering, mixing sportswear with formal smart fits works not only for
pairing tops and bottoms, but also for pairing tops with outwear, such as for example, layering
very relaxed hoodie or sweatshirt with something with more structure, such as smart jacket
or trench coat, which actually allows you to achieve this very effortless, casual, yet
very cool smart look.
And another gym outfit.
As you see, the color palette from Halara is so versatile that you can pair tops and
bottoms with each other with your eyes closed.
I layered the outfit with super light white hoodie from the same brand and I already like
how it looks together.
I think I can easily wear it to the street, but to elevate it and take it even further,
I went for an extra layer, an oversized pink blazer.
I really love this berry combination.
And to add some contrast to this Barbie look, I accessorized it with black sunglasses and
a black bag.
I guess this is my view on Barbie trend this season.
And voila, that's it for today.
I really hope you enjoyed this video.
Let me know in the comments which formula works best for you and I'll see you on Sunday.
Bye!
