Try on haul video transcript:

We have a big old box of brandy.
Hey guys, it's Cleo.
Welcome back to my channel.
I hated that.
So as you can tell by the title, we have a brandy haul.
The last time I ordered from brandy was when I did this video, but before that, it's probably
been...
I honestly have no idea, but it's been a long time.
I feel like majority of the time I just get brandy off of Depop, but I also just have
so much that I don't really shop from them a lot anymore.
But I went on their website the other day, I was wondering if they had any new stuff,
and I just wanted to check it out, and then I ended up adding a few things to my cart,
and then I went to checkout, pressed place order, and then yeah, that all just kind of
happened.
Let's just get into it.
And I'm going to show you guys what I got, tried on, and all that good stuff.
Let's do it.
I also filmed this portion of me like unboxing it, because I thought, I don't know why I
thought to do this, and they didn't give me any stickers, so super pissed off about that.
Overheating.
I feel like it just depends on who packages your orders.
Some people bless you, and they throw like 14,000 stickers in, and I put stickers on
So I like their stickers because they're cute, and I like to put them on my laptop.
Some people put like two or three, and then apparently some people put none.
Anyway, the reason that I'm wearing a sweatshirt, and it is, let me just check the weather,
89 degrees outside.
The first thing I got is this crew neck, but I wanted to wear it sitting down because it
didn't come with this neckline, so I tried it on before cutting it so that you guys could
see what it looked like on, but this is the Erika sweatshirt, the like oversized one.
This one is honestly bigger than any Erika sweater I've ever bought, and I love it.
It's like so oversized.
The tag said large slash, I can never say slash, large slash extra large.
It's just in this plain cream color, has nothing on it.
I only have one Erika, and it says Los Angeles on it, so I don't have any like plain neutral
basic ones, so I kind of wanted one.
I really love this like off-white neutral color.
This is what it looks like when I don't have it like pulled up, but obviously it looks
a lot better if you kind of like pull it up and have it at your waist, and then just kind
of hang over.
It was $32, which I feel like is honestly a decent price because it's such a good quality.
So what I did right after trying it on, because I knew when I bought it that I wanted to do
this with the neck because I've just been obsessed with this off-the-shoulder look for
crew necks.
There's this girl that I watch on YouTube, and I follow her on Instagram, and she always
does this to her sweaters and t-shirts, and I just think it looks so freaking cute, and
it kind of inspired me to start doing it with mine, so that's kind of where we're at now.
Really where the collar is, I just cut right under that.
So I didn't go down super far, but then once you put it on after you do that, you can kind
of stretch the neckline out, and it does the little like rollover, and then it's just perfect.
I just feel like with a crew neck this big and like floppy, I kind of like for the neck
to be a little bit open.
It's like, oh, okay, there's a human under there, you know what I mean?
And it just looks cute, but yeah, so yeah, super good quality.
It's like fleece lined, super soft on the inside, but yeah, I wore this so that I could
show you guys what it looks like with the neck cut.
And for that, I'm having a heat stroke, but when I wear like an off the shoulder, I just
wear like a little bandeau under it like this, because I don't like when the strap shows.
Sometimes I do, but I usually don't.
Okay, moving on.
Next up, I got this little tank top.
This one is a waffle net material, which I thought was so cute for a tank top.
I like never see tanks in this waffle like thermal material, but it's a nice thin one.
It's not like super thick, so it's really good for summer, has these little buttons
on the neckline, which I always love.
I think it's such a cute detail.
It's just cropped.
It's like a raw hem, super soft and comfy.
I love thermal material, but this is super breathable, which is great.
I'm going to be wearing this to bed, but also out like this with just some jeans and like
white sneakers or converse.
Like that's so cute.
This one was 16.
That's the price of the majority of their tank tops.
I'm such a sucker for like little floral patterns.
They always get me.
All right.
Next thing.
I love this one so much.
I'm a little bit embarrassed though.
Hold on.
Wait, let me show you.
I fully take that back.
I'm not embarrassed anymore.
I thought that this shirt that I had was the same graphic, but it's not.
This is basement studio.
And then the one that I just got is radio silence.
For a second.
I was like, wait, that's, I have this shirt, but in a different color, but I don't, I'm
not embarrassed.
Maybe a little bit because it's similar enough that I thought that anyway.
I was like, oh, this is so cute.
And then when I put it on, I was like, this is so cute.
It is this long sleeve cropped shirt and obviously has this radio silence graphic on it.
And then the main part is like a cream off white and the sleeves are black.
This is such a soft material.
It's like the perfect lightweight cotton.
Super cute.
I love how it sits.
It's just like the perfect length.
I love that the sleeves are a different color.
I feel like that's super fun and it's just so freaking soft.
And I feel like this again could be literally worn with a pair of sweats and look so cute,
but then could also be worn with jeans or even a black mini skirt and look adorable.
Like a black mini skirt and some knee high black boots.
It's very like breathable though, which I like.
It's not like a thick cotton.
Okay, moving on.
Okay, then I got some pants because I apparently cannot learn my lesson to not buy pants from
Randy except for sweatpants and leggings like actual pant pants.
Their measurements on their website are a freaking lie because I literally measured
these and they're smaller than they say they are.
I'm pretty sure they said that that waist was 30 inches.
Let me let me double check.
These ones are called the Parker cargo pants.
Yeah, 30 inch waist.
It's not even close to 30 inches.
I was able to get these on.
It was a struggle.
Let me tell you.
They're this like dark grayish, a little bit like brown almost cargo pant.
Normal kind of just straight leg.
They have these like buckle details on the side so you can tighten it.
I thought maybe you could loosen it.
You can't.
You can only tighten it.
The reason it was so hard to get on is because they were like, hey, let's make the zipper
two inches long.
Like that's so short.
If this went down to here, I could have gotten them up so easy because it just I couldn't
get them over my bum.
But even if I could get them on, they are still pretty tight on my like hips.
It's so annoying because if these were like a tiny bit bigger, I would like be absolutely
obsessed with them.
Not a tiny bit.
I'd want them to be quite a bit bigger actually because I wanted to wear them low waisted.
They look really good from like the back.
The front is just super tight, like you can tell it's like I can't breathe.
So if they are big on you, you can tighten the sides a little bit, which is nice.
I just wish the measurements were accurate because I based these off of the measurements.
Like I was like, OK, I've tried some of their cargo pants before and they haven't fit me,
but I've never tried these ones and I checked the waist and I was like, OK, wait, those
will fit me.
They didn't.
Oh, and best part, as I was trying to pull them up in my struggle, the tag came off.
So now I can't return them, which is so great.
So I guess these are going on with Depop is going to lose money for pants that I didn't
even get to wear.
So yeah, pro tip.
If you're not getting on, make sure the tags on the outside so you don't yank it up trying
to get it over your butt.
OK, let's move on.
OK, onto another pair of pants, but these are leggings, so I didn't mess up on these.
You guys know these freaking pants are my favorite.
What are these called again?
Yeah, these are the Priscilla pants.
I have these currently in dark green and navy blue, but with like a white stripe up the
side.
I had these in black a long time ago and I think I ended up selling them on my Depop because
I just didn't wear them that much.
I recently was like making an outfit and I was like, why don't I have these in black?
Like, why would I ever get rid of them?
They go with everything.
And these are like the best fitting pair of leggings that I own.
And I love flair leggings.
I feel like they're just so much more fun.
So anyway, they're like the yoga pants style.
So they have the kind of high waist, but then you fold it over or you could keep it up.
I like to fold it over.
And again, they're like kind of flair, super comfortable as well.
These to me in the light look a little bit navy blue.
OK, they're definitely not navy blue.
I fully take that back.
They're completely black.
OK, yeah, then they're perfect.
But yeah, these are 24, which to me is so worth it.
I have had one of these in the past, the seam rip, but I just sewed it back together.
And the ones that I have now have never ripped and I wear them literally all the time.
Oh wait, I have dark gray as well.
Fully forgot about that.
I have the dark gray, which actually I think is my favorite pair.
The lighter colors of these are definitely a little bit more see-through.
So I'll go for the darker ones.
Yeah, just a good basic.
OK.
I have another little tank top.
I got this one in this navy blue, which I thought was very cute, just a good basic again.
This is the Bianca crop tank.
They have this in full length as well, I think, but this one's not a raw hem cut.
It's sewn at the bottom.
I really like the fit of this.
This is like a ribbed cotton material.
This one's 16 as well, which I feel like for a plain tank is a little bit much, but it
is pretty good quality and it's like a good thickness.
But yeah, I really like the straps on this and I like where it sits on your chest.
I feel like it's just very flattering and cute and again, could be styled a billion
different ways.
So cute little comfy tank top.
OK.
And then lastly, I got a cute little headband because, um, why do I always say because?
Like, why am I explaining why I got one?
I just got it because it was cute.
I have a few different headbands from them, but they're like the cotton stretchy ones
and I thought this was cute.
It reminded me of Blair from Gossip Girl.
I think I said that in a recent video about a dress, but this actually does because she
used to wear these all the time.
I think they're really cute.
So you can put it on like how I did here, where you just basically push all your hair
back with it, which is cute, but I feel like it looks a little bit better when I like take
the front pieces out and then just kind of put it on top of my head, if that makes sense.
I also feel like this would look really cute with like two braided pigtails or something.
Yeah, I feel like it's just a fun little added detail to an outfit.
Like if I wore that navy blue tank top that I just showed with some dark jeans and this,
this is like basically the exact same color as the tank top.
I feel like that would be really cute to just kind of add a detail to like a more simple
outfit.
But yeah, this was $5.
Okay, you guys, so that's it for this brandy haul.
I hope you enjoyed it.
