but today we're back on the YouTube channel
and I am so, so excited for today's video.

because my house is still being renovated.
Can't wait to update you guys once it's done.
Anyways, today we'll be going over
the new Young LA For Her drop,

We're gonna go ahead and get started
with the gorgeous set I'm wearing right now.
It is quite literally my favorite workout set I've ever worn
and I'm normally a shorts girl,
so this is like huge for me that it's leggings too.
I also love the shorts in this drop.
So let's go ahead and get into it.
So this collection is called the Core Seamless.
These are the Core Seamless leggings
and this is the Core Seamless sports bra.
We'll go ahead and start with the sports bra
because it is definitely my favorite
sports bra Young LA For Her has come out with.
They have a couple that I really love,
but this one checks all the boxes for me.
First of all, we have this low cut deep V here,
which is so, so flattering on the girls and I love it.
Okay, they looking cute.
Anyways, and then the back is lower back
with like just a thin strap here with some branding
and it's not like anything that's too full coverage.
So you can show off the back ends
and like happily wear this for both chest and back day.
Also these straps are adjustable, which is really nice.
This color I'm wearing right now is called Fonny Blue.
This is my favorite color coming in the drop.
The colors this drop are so good
because there's a bunch of neutrals.
There's some cute pinks and then also some great blues
and I'm a blue girlie through and through, so I love this.
And then the pricing is $35 without Code Claire.

I'm wearing an extra small right now
and it fits really well.
I think you can definitely go true to size in this top.
It runs from size extra, extra small to extra large.
So very size inclusive, which I love.
And honestly, definitely one of my favorite sports bras
I've literally ever put on my body.
I'm so obsessed with this.
I could hit legs in it
and even though it's flattering the girls,
you don't have to worry about anything falling out.
So nice.
So yeah, wear it for upper and lower body day, obsessed.
Moving in to the leggings.
Also in the color Bonnie blue
and also in a size extra small.
They are definitely higher compression
than the last seamless drop from Young LA.
They're very reminiscent of the Alphalete Amplify.
They have a scrunch up the butt here,
some branding back here,
high compression in the waistband
and then they go all the way to the ankle.
They're very stretchy, so they'll fit like basically
any height, I can say pretty confidently.
And they also have this Young LA branding
on the side right here, which is super cute.
I do feel like they give really good tummy control,
which is so nice.
You can definitely wear these when you're feeling bloated.
I'm on my period right now, I feel bloated
and I still feel really good in these, so that's great.
And they're just so flattering the glutes.
Like I said, I'm not a big leggings girl normally,
but I'm obsessed with these
and I'm picking them over shorts recently.
So that speaks volumes to how cute they are.
Not everything in this collection is squat proof,
but this color is.
I've worn it for leg day, definitely safe to squat in.
I'll turn the camera down for a second to show you.
There they are, fully squat proof.
And this color is just to die for, I'm obsessed.
Okay, let's go ahead and move into some shorts
in this color.
I forgot to mention the price of the leggings.
They are $52 and then the shorts are $42.
Again, that's before using Code Clare
to save yourself 15%.
Here are the shorts, they're in a size extra small.
The next blue color I show you, the darker blue,
I have it in small so we can get some size comparison
up in here.
But yeah, here they are, very cute.
I do feel like because they are on higher compression side
that you could size up if you have like bigger quads
and glutes compared to waist size.
So that's why I went ahead and sized up in a couple colors.
But these do still fit in my normal extra small sizing.
That's what I typically go for in active wear.
But if you do want less compression,
which for shorts I prefer,
I would recommend maybe sizing up,
especially if you're between sizes.
But yeah, here's the back of them, so cute.
Again, scrunch seam in the back.
You can like pull them up,
make them real flat on the glutes.
They also have that high compression waistband,
so very flattering around the tummy, good tummy control,
snatches the waist, et cetera.
I think the length is pretty good.
They're on the shorter side,
so they do tend to roll up mid-workout for me,
especially in the extra small,
however the small is a bit better.
I really like this color again,
especially on a tan, the blonde hair,
and I'm just a blue girl.
Like let me tell you, I'm obsessed.
Okay, let's go ahead and move into a new color.
Here's the next color way.
This is evening blue.
It is a very dark blue, obviously.
It's closer to navy, I guess.
It kind of reads like black on camera,
but there is a true black in this drop.
So here is a color comparison.
So if you like a little bit of color,
but you're more on the neutral side,
this is a good option for you.
Also, if you have a white sports bra you like,
I feel like navy blue and white is so cute together.
So like nautical, summery vibes.
This is the size small for the shorts,
which I honestly prefer.
I still feel very good high compression in the waist.
Like I still feel snatched up here, girl.
Let me tell you.
They're just a little bit more roomy through the legs.
Still a lot of stretch.
I hope they can get a good glute pump in these
without feeling like the glutes are being suffocated at all,
which is nice.
Here they are from the back.
Again, the scrunch, which you can't see as much
in the darker colors, is still present.
Working hard, working overtime, making the glutes look good.
And then again, I'm wearing a size extra small
in the core seamless sports bra.
This is $35.
Super cute.
In the darker colors, you can totally keep the padding in.
I will show you in the lighter colors.
I prefer the padding out
because you can kind of see the outline.
But in these darker colors, you can't see it at all.
So you're totally good there.
Still super flattering on the girls as per usual.
Here's the back of it again.
Just so, so flattering and delicate,
but also still very supportive.
Like I said, supportive enough to hit legs in.
Let's go ahead and change into the dark blue leggings.
Here are the core seamless leggings in evening blue.
Again, so flattering and so cute.
If you're not normally a leggings girl,
which I'm not either, believe me,
you should give these a try.
They're insane.
I did wanna compare.
Because these look so similar to the Amplify leggings,
which I have here, I did wanna show you the differences
between the Young LA for Her ones and the Amplify ones
and why I prefer these a little bit more.
The fabric, first of all, through the legs is a bit thinner.
So it's a little bit less compressive
and a little bit more breathable, which I like.
That classic butt scrunch on the Amplify
is the exact same on the Young LA for Her.
And then the differences that I do like
in the Young LA for Her is that the waistband
is just a tad bit shorter,
which I'll insert a clip of me comparing the two
here for you.
So here is the Young LA for Her
and here is the Alphalete Amplifies,
both in a size extra small, both in blue colors.
You can tell that the waistband is just like a smidge shorter
on the Young LA for Her versus the Alphalete ones.
And they just sit a little bit better
because this fabric here is just a bit thinner here
than they are on the Amplify.
So for both of those reasons,
I feel like the waistband fits just a smidge better
on the Young LA for Her.
It's just a bit shorter,
so it sits at a better point on my waist
where I don't have to roll it down,
which I really appreciate.
I don't know if you can tell,
but the Young LA for Her is just a bit thinner fabric-wise
than the Alphalete on the waistband as well as the legging.
So I just find these to be a bit more flattering on my legs,
sit at a better place on my waist
and just really enhance the glutes, the quads,
everything down to the calves.
So freaking cute, I'm obsessed with these.
And in conclusion to my TED Talk,
I do feel like these are a better version
of the Alphalete Amplify.
So whether you're a diehard Amplify lover
or if you're not normally a legging girl,
I really recommend trying these out
and seeing what you think,
because personally, I'm obsessed.
Here are the core seamless shorts and sports bra
in the color Pink Punch.
I feel like people are gonna be very drawn to this color
because it is such an adorable baby pink,
but I do wanna make you guys aware
of the issues I have with this set.
Just to be fully transparent,
so you can make an informed decision when shopping the drop.
I do find that this is quite see-through.
I personally am a commando girl to the gym,
so I don't worry about like underwear lines
or underwear showing through,
but even in nude underwear, when I was shooting this,
I found that these were pretty see-through.
So they're definitely sheer.
These are an extra small and the shorts,
the last ones I wore were small.
I feel like maybe size up,
that might help with the sheerness,
but it's still gonna be sheer regardless, girl.
Like I hate to say it, but that's just the truth of it.
Here is like a squat test.
I don't know if you can tell since like I said,
I'm a commando girl,
at least I'm not wearing underwear underneath,
but it's definitely sheer.
So just be mindful of that.
You could wear them for upper body day.
Regardless of how they made this collection,
especially triple line this color.
If you want a light pink color, it's gonna be see-through.
It's just how it is,
but I thought I should let y'all know.
And you could also tell in that band thickness
versus the thin fabric of the shorts,
you can kind of see sheerness there too.
I still think they're really cute and very flattering.
And then here is the top.
I went ahead and took the padding out
because you can see the outlines of them like you can
in most lighter sports bras,
but just so you're aware again,
still find it to be a very, very cute set.
Pop it on a tan.
Let's go ahead and check out the leggings in this color.
And here are the leggings in pink punch.
Again, $52, so, so cute.
And I think just so flattering like they are in every color
because of this really great style that they come in.
But once again, like the shorts, definitely see-through.
I wore these for leg day.
Like I said, I don't really care,
but if you do, they're gonna be on the sheer side.
So just keep that in mind when ordering these.
Sizing it might help a little bit,
but I can pretty confidently say
that they will be on the sheer side no matter what.
The sports bra, even with the padding out, it's not sheer.
So you're good in that front.
It's just the bottoms you have to be careful of.
I'll go ahead and move the camera down
so you can kind of see me a little better.
So you can probably see they're definitely
on the sheer side here.
Here are the core seamless shorts
and core seamless sports bra in the color stone gray.
How fitting, clear stone.
I mean, you can't go wrong with a neutral workout set,
especially in light gray.
Light gray is arguably, I don't make the rules,
the most flattering on the glutes.
So if you're looking for a neutral
and you're not into all the fun colors,
I feel like this is the most ideal set.
It's so pretty.
This is the most ideal set.
It's so, so cute.
I love this gray wash in the top.
Again, fits so well, so flattering on the girls.
Can't say I have good things about her.
I also love that it's short line,
long line bras are not my thing.
I definitely prefer a short line bra.
So she's popping.
We love her.
I actually wore the gray OG,
seamless young relay shorts to the gym today.
I'll go grab them so we can do a little comparison.
So like I said, I wore the OG seamless
to the gym today, so they're dirty,
but here is the color comparison.
The old gray is a little bit more heathered
and maybe like slightly darker.
I definitely prefer this gray, I think.
It's just like such a flattering, gorgeous gray color.
There are multiple ways to do light gray
and this is a seday.
So this is the size small in the shorts,
whereas the Bonnie blue and the pink punch
that I showed, those were an extra small.
So like I said, I find the small to be my ideal size
in these shorts.
I'm overheating from trying on so many pairs of leggings,
but here in the corner of seamless leggings in stone gray,
worth the overheating to try them on
because they're just so flattering in the glutes again,
just like the shorts.
You can't go wrong with light gray.
This is probably my second favorite color dropping,
second to Bonnie blue.
I also wanted to quickly mention
that if you are a pink girly,
but you don't wanna worry about sheerness,
there is a better pink option for you,
which is the raspberry wine color.
It's like a few shell instead of picture of me
trying it on here for you,
but that is a great pink option
if you don't wanna worry about sheerness
because that one is squat proof as well.
I wore it to the shoot, so I know.
Nothing else to say about them.
All of my thoughts as far as loving the leggings
are still true here, so very cute.
Go down to the ankle again.
Really don't know what to say
because I've tried on the same set for you
in many colors now,
but let's go ahead and get into the last color,
which is black.
And here are the core seamless shorts
as well as the core seamless sports bra in black.
This is the last color I have to show you today.
Like I said, I didn't pick up the raspberry wine,
but that's the other color dropping in this set.
The black is a great basic.
I feel like as a staple black set, you can't go wrong.
So cute.
You don't have to worry about the lines
and the sports bra padding showing
because like I said, with all the other dark colors,
you're all good on that front.
Here it is.
From the back, still very flattering, very cute.
We love that lower back.
So cute.
I don't know what else to say.
I've already said everything there is to say
about all this stuff.
Let me go ahead while I'm at it,
try on the drip tee to show you.
This is the pump cover that also drops in the 31st.
It's dirty.
I wore it to the gym.
I got this in a size extra small.
The exact name is the drip oversized tee.
It is $35.
And then this is the color grape wash,
which is kind of like a little burgundy, super cute.
They did send us me an extra small
and I totally prefer a really oversized shirt.
But if you like a normal oversized fit,
not a dress like I do,
you can definitely go true to size
because it runs oversized.
This is an extra small,
which in normal t-shirts,
an extra small looks a lot smaller on me.
So definitely already runs oversized.
Here's the back of it.
It has like the Younger Le logo
with the little drippy effect.
I think it's so freaking cute.
Super comfy, soft, just a great t-shirt option.
It also comes in coconut milk, white,
brown wash and black wash.
We love her.
Let's try on the leggings,
which is the last thing in this haul.
Here are the last core seamless leggings in black.
So freaking cute.
Great black staple legging.
I have nothing else to say
because everything else applies
with the other dark colors.
Don't have to worry about sheerness.
Even in a dark color,
I don't feel like their sizing is any different.
All the same.
I will show you how squat proof they are.
They're perfect to wear for like literally any workout
and also just casually as a little black legging
to wear to class, on errands, et cetera.
So cute.
I feel delirious for trying so many sets of clothing on,
